The concept of ‘Little Victors’ developed around the beginning of 2018, where it was just an idea that sprung from two second year Sports Management students. The thought was that we could create a service that would provide entertainment and inspiration to the younger generation of sport lovers from ages 5-12. While studying a business degree, Brittany and Jacob became inspired to start a business that gives back to the community, and offers both fun and skill-based sports activities. Fast forward to December 2020, and our small idea has burst into a fully registered company, whose primary desire is to be the sporting voice for kids within the Macarthur region. We encourage participation and healthy practices from a young age, and we believe that every kid should feel ‘Victorious’ in their own right - they are the future of sport!
“To be the sporting voice for kids in the Macarthur Region, by providing the younger community with easy access to both enjoyable and development-based sports programs”.
“To see the kids within our community getting involved and having fun with sports of all different kinds. Watching them enjoying sport-based activities with friends, whilst gaining valuable skills is something we strive to achieve”.
Jacob Hackett currently resides in the Macarthur region, within the Wollondilly shire. He has just completed a three and a half year Sports Management degree at Western Sydney University, at the Campbelltown campus. He enjoys the idea of increasing sports participation for kids in the Macarthur region, with previous experience coaching Oz-tag to kids in both local competitions and through state cup. He has a passion for all genres of sport, having played many himself, and is committed to teaching the joys of sports to grassroots levels.
“To be able to use my passion for sports in a career that promotes a healthy lifestyle and physical activity for the younger generation in the Macarthur area really excites me”

Brittany has previous experience in coaching many sporting teams, as well as years of practical experience working with kids of primary school and pre-school ages. She is committed to engaging kids in sport activities to give them a fun way to be active.
“I was so excited to begin a journey where I can take my passions for sports, and teach them to the kids. It will be so fulfilling to see them learning, having fun and putting into practice what they have been a part of at ‘Little Victors’”.
